a few weeks late but that's okay. here's what the boys did during the month of september:
Quinn
amazes me each day with his vocabulary
can almost dress himself now
uses the potty regularly but not everytime--hoping to work on that over thanksgiving
loves school and jump bunch
loves playing outside
loves his new puppets from costco
loves his toy cars
likes doing kangaroo jumps on the couch
loves his little brother and constantly tells me "mommy, i like egan" "mommy, i love egan"
likes help make cookies
can buckle himself into his highchair
is still sleeping in a crib--thank god! he hasn't tried to get out yet :)
bedtime is around 7:30pm and he usually wakes up around 6:30-6:45am.
loves wearing my shoes around the house
Egan
tried oatmeal ceral--not a fan
is a rolling machine--both ways, front to back and back to front
is still sleeping on a wedge and swaddle
bedtime is 7:15-7:30pm
I usually wake him around 6:40am to eat before daycare
does not nap at daycare very well--sometimes he naps for an hour or so but most days we are lucky if he sleeps for a 1/2hour 2x a day
loves his big brother and is constantly smiling at him
grabs for toys now
loves his play mat
loves bathtime
loves the baby bjorn and our nightly walks
wears 3-6 months clothes
is very long and lean
drinks about 24-26oz a day--4 bottles
I have applied for a new position at MUSC and I am headed to my second interview next Tuesday. The position would be in OB/GYN. Pat was in Chicago for 5 days so I was flying solo with the boys. It was fun and tiring. We are happy that Pat/Daddy is back home.
