ER visit...

Last Friday, we were getting ready for Egan's birthday party the following day.  Pat was mowing the yard and I was cleaning up after Derby.  All of the sudden, the boys started screaming "it's hot. ow, that hurts" and then the crying began.  The both had touched the hot lawnmower after Pat had stopped mowing.  Hands went in lukewarm water and off to the ER we went.  They ended up with superficial 2nd degree burns on a few of their fingers.  They will survive!  They did great in the ER.  The nurses and doctors were great as well.
